We took a tired and dated house and changed it into a cutting edge modern home.  The house prior to renovation had great bones but was very outdated. We stripped out internal walls, putting in engineered beams as required and changed the whole feel of the house.  The client worked closely with an interior decorator and had some really interesting choices in paint colours and wallpaper.

Getting the clients to finalise their plans and specifications – changes occurring right up to the end of the project. Working with sub trades organised by the clients who did not deliver on time and did not communicate
