New build in Ohoka on a working farm for a family of 5. Constructed with a STO plaster cladding system and colour steel roof.
The client wanted something special in the way of a fireplace, so Lance designed and built her one using railway sleepers which he dowelled and glued together.
The cathedral ceilings in the lounge and dining were a real feature of the interior of this house.

We needed to be extremely organised with materials and labour as the travel time from base to this job was considerable.
The client was unable to visualise concepts and so therefore, many changes were made on the fly as things were built.

Very happy client who loved her cool rustic fireplace. Irving Builders returned to build garages and sheds on this property and do extension work on other houses owned by the client in town.
