Lance MANAGING DIRECTOR
Lance's key role is managing the business and working with new clients looking to build or develop their dream. With years of experience in the industry both locally and overseas, Lance has an eye for detail and is all about making sure there are no hidden costs. In his down time, he has a love and passion for looking after himself both physically and mentally and is always keen to spend time outdoors making memories with his family.
Gui PAINTER
Qualified and trained painter for Irving Builders, and also a member of Site Safe. Gui loves to surf so hits the waves anytime he can!
Scott CARPENTER/ PAINTER
Qualified and Trained painter/decorator, also a member of Site Safe. Scott is also doing an adult apprenticeship in carpentry and any spare time he gets is spent with his wife and new baby son enjoying life in New Zealand.
Phil CARPENTER
Qualified carpenter and member of Site Safe. Phil brings loads of experience to the team and when not at work he enjoys family time with his wife and kids
Amber Accounts/Admin/Payroll
Amber looks after everything Administrative and Financial, bringing with her over 23 years experience. Quote ``never let an opportunity pass you by!``
Raymond Quantity Surveyor
From the Philippines who has vast experience working in the Middle East and New Zealand. He moved to New Zealand with his family and they're now Kiwi's. Raymond is a keen Dart player.
Rhys APPRENTICE CARPENTER
Rhys is the youngest member of the Irving Team and our apprentice. Rhys brings with him knowledge of Generation Z
