Meet the team

Lance is the Company Director who brings over 17 years construction industry experience to the role. Lance loves spending time with his family as his kids all grow. Whether it is off to the snow or out in the jet boat, he makes it a family affair!

Matt is Irving Builders Estimator, Health and Safety Co-ordinator and Senior Site Supervisor. He brings to the role many years of construction experience in both islands. Matt loves to work but chills out once a year with a week long hunt and fish down south.

Jason is a foreman for Irving Builders, also a member of Site Safe. Jason loves to play lawn bowls and is working his way up the ladder. Look out for him in the NZ team soon!

Qualified and trained painter for Irving Builders, and also a member of Site Safe. Gui loves to surf so hits the waves anytime he can!

Qualified and Trained painter/decorator, also a member of Site Safe. Scott is also doing an adult apprenticeship in carpentry and any spare time he gets is spent with his wife and new baby son enjoying life in New Zealand.

Qualified carpenter and member of Site Safe. Phil brings loads of experience to the team and when not at work he enjoys family time with his wife and kids

Robert is our Qualified Painter/Plasterer and Digger Driver. At present Robert is doing his Aprentice Carpentry. He and his family have settled in NZ from Scotland and are all enjoying life in Christchurch.

He keeps the guys being productive on site as he picks up equipment and materials for jobs. Mike is an avid sports lover. He keeps us all up to date with the latest in rugby and cricket and plays a dab hand of golf.

From the Philippines who has vast experience working in the Middle East and New Zealand. He moved to New Zealand with his family and they're now Kiwi's. Raymond is a keen Dart player.
